Shipping Information

Delivery Areas

We deliver Australia-wide, including major cities and selected regional areas. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your location, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Methods

Local deliveries may be handled by our in-house team. Interstate or regional orders are sent via trusted freight or courier services (Australia Post). Special arrangements can be made for large or custom orders.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard items: 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Custom orders: 10–30 business days depending on complexity, size, and materials. We will provide an estimated delivery or installation date upon confirmation of your order.

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are based on item size, weight, and delivery location. Final shipping costs will be confirmed in your quote or invoice. We currently offer free shipping Australia wide on all our online products.

Order Tracking
For courier-delivered items, tracking details will be provided where available. For local deliveries, our team will contact you directly to coordinate delivery time.

Damaged Goods or Delivery Issues
If you notice any damage or missing items upon delivery: Notify us within 48 hours Provide your order details and photos if applicable We’ll assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible under your rights per Australian Consumer Law.

Payment Terms
For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin fabrication. The balance is due prior to delivery, or upon completion for local jobs. All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST, unless otherwise stated.

Invoicing
Invoices will be issued upon confirmation of your order and will outline - Products or services provided, Payment breakdown and terms Delivery or installation arrangements.

Security
All card payments are processed via secure payment gateways. We do not store card details on our servers.
