At Brypac, we are committed to delivering high-quality aluminium fabrication services and products. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product or service we provide: Is faulty, damaged, or defective Is significantly different from the description or sample shown Is not fit for its intended purpose Fails to meet consumer guarantees These rights apply regardless of any other warranties offered by us.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on custom-fabricated or made-to-order products. Once production begins or materials are ordered, cancellations may not be possible. If you’re unsure about your order or design, please speak with our team before confirming.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Due to the nature of custom fabrication, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the agreed specifications. If you believe there's an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or installation.

Reporting a Fault or Problem
To report an issue and request a refund, repair, or replacement, please contact us with: Your name and contact information Description of the problem Photos (if applicable) Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or receipt) We will assess your claim and respond within a reasonable time.

Refund Processing
If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

Installation Services
If installation services were provided as part of your order, any workmanship-related concerns must be reported within 14 days of completion. We will address the issue or arrange for rectification where applicable.
